What You’ll Do
As a Field Specialist, you’ll be the face of HomeCloud in the field and responsible for home data collection. You’ll visit homes in the CLT area to gather critical data and create a digital record of properties. Using company-provided testing equipment, you will capture a series of photos/videos and collect a variety of data. This will require you to regularly access and go into attic and crawl spaces. From taking photos and videos to collecting essential home details, you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping how homeowners and buyers view their spaces.
Travel to residential properties to capture photos, videos, and detailed data.
Explore all parts of a home, including attics and crawl spaces, to ensure thorough documentation.
Use our intuitive mobile app to record information quickly and accurately.
Collaborate with our team to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide a positive and professional experience to every homeowner you meet.

Basic Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Transportation: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Physically Capable: Comfortable working in various weather conditions, entering tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass a background check.
Experience in hands-on roles preferred (e.g., home services, handyman, appraiser, inspector, general contractor).
Knowledge of home systems and features is preferred.
